Creatine monohydrate is the most-studied sports supplement on the planet. We didn't reinvent it — we refined it until there was nothing left to take out.
Your muscles run their hardest efforts on ATP — a fuel that empties within seconds of a max lift or a sprint. Creatine is how you refill it.
Stored in muscle as phosphocreatine, it donates a phosphate group to rebuild ATP almost instantly. More phosphocreatine on hand means the tank refills faster between efforts, which shows up as the extra rep, the heavier top set, the sprint that doesn't fade.
Your body already makes about a gram a day and you get some from red meat and fish. Supplementing simply tops the tank up to the ceiling — and keeps it there.

The exact daily dose used across hundreds of published strength studies. No pixie dusting. No proprietary blends.
Creatine monohydrate is the only thing on the label because it's the only thing in the tub. Zero fillers, dyes, sweeteners or anti-caking agents.
Ground ultra-fine for faster dissolution and smoother mixing — it disappears in water instead of settling in your glass or your gut.
Every batch screened for banned substances and impurities. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.
Four full months of daily saturation from one purchase. Strength is built on consistency — we made consistency cheap.
Research links daily creatine to sharper working memory and mental stamina — especially under stress and short sleep.*

Standard creatine is a coarse powder. It sinks, clumps and leaves that chalk at the bottom of the glass — the reason most people quietly quit within a month.
Micronizing mills the same molecule to a far smaller particle, dramatically increasing surface area. It disperses on contact instead of sitting there, so it mixes clean and goes down easy.
Same proven compound. Same 5g. A version you'll actually take every day — which is the only version that works.
Creatine isn't a stimulant and it doesn't work per-dose. It works once your muscle stores are full — and stays working as long as you keep them there.
5g a day starts topping up stores immediately. Some people notice better pumps and a little extra volume in week one; many notice nothing yet. Both are normal.
Stores reach their ceiling on a steady 5g daily. This is where the strength and rep-quality changes typically become obvious in your logbook.
Keep taking 5g daily to hold saturation. Miss a day and nothing collapses — but the habit is the whole product.
If you want saturation in about a week instead of a month, take 20g a day split into four 5g doses for 5–7 days, then drop to the standard 5g. It's faster, not better — the destination is identical, and loading is more likely to upset your stomach. Most people should just start at 5g.
Supplements are lightly regulated, which means the burden of proof sits with the brand. We treat that as the product, not the paperwork.
Every incoming lot is verified for identity and purity before it's cleared for production.
Blended and packed in the USA in a GMP-compliant facility, with full batch traceability from lot to tub.
Finished batches are screened for banned substances and contaminants. Fail the panel and the batch never ships.

It isn't. Creatine is a compound made from amino acids that your body already produces and that occurs naturally in meat and fish. It has no structural or functional relationship to anabolic steroids and no effect on hormones.
In healthy adults, long-term studies have not shown kidney harm at standard doses. Creatine does raise creatinine — a marker labs use to estimate kidney function — which can look alarming on a blood panel without being a problem. Mention that you supplement when you get bloodwork. If you have existing kidney disease, talk to your doctor first.
Creatine draws water into muscle cells, not under the skin. The early scale bump is intramuscular water — it reads as fuller, not softer. At a normal 5g dose there's no bloated look.
The strength, recovery and cognitive research applies across the board. Women often see meaningful benefits, and the dose is the same 5g a day.
There's no evidence you need to. Your body doesn't stop producing creatine permanently, and receptors don't downregulate. Cycling just means spending part of the year unsaturated.
Hydrochloride, ethyl ester, buffered blends — all marketed as upgrades, none with the evidence base of plain monohydrate. Monohydrate remains the most-studied and most reliably effective form. That's why it's what's in the tub.
